Ice Fest Schedule and Activities

NOTE: Clinics are meeting at the Grey Rocks Inn at 9:0 a.m. The Grey Rocks Inn is on Highway 11/17 across from the Husky gas station.

Saturday March 3th

Location: Legion Hall, 102 Fifth St., Nipigon.
Breakfast at Nipigon Cafe or Grey Rock Restaurant
9am - Clinics Meet
10am-3pm - Climbing
7pm-8pm - Gear Swap and Social Hour
8pm-10pm - Evening Events, featured slide show "Tales from the Chosies!" by Brandon Pullan
Gear Raffle will be held after the evening events

Sunday March 4th

UPDATE: All available gear from UMD is rented for now, check at the event for potential availability.

Climbing Helmet $2.00
Ice Climbing Boots $5.00
Crampons $4.00
Ice Axes (One pair) $12.00

NOTE: If you register for a clinic, gear rental is included.

Call 218-726-6134 to reserve gear. You can pick gear up on Friday from 5:00 p.m. People who want to drop gear off on Sunday may be able to make special arrangements. Ask about this when you reserve the gear.
